THE CHALLENGE:
Become the trusted Senior TA Partner for our
Commercial & People Divisions
(split among multiple locations)
Nurture relationships and engagement with senior and local leadership
Hands on delivery-focused hiring across the two divisions partnered with
Take ownership of the full life cycle hiring process
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Implement localized processes and conduct team and hiring manager trainings
Build a data-driven approach to recruiting and align this globally
Actively lead and participate in TA Projects
Support Employer Branding initiatives
YOUR PROFILE:
A number of years experience working in an organisation internal Talent Acquisition team, recruiting a high volume of Commerical & Sales roles, with people role recruitment experience an additional signficant advantage.
Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes within a large, matrix, multinational organisations.
An initiative-taking problem-solver who confidently tackles challenges with a creative and flexible mindset, stepping beyond the comfort zone when needed
A self-motivated, high-energy professional who consistently meets and exceeds performance expectations
Experience building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships and consulting senior management
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment
Strong organizational skills with a focus on balancing multiple priorities under tight timelines
Awareness and appreciation for diversity, contributing positively to the team's strength by leveraging multinational perspectives
Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment settings, with the flexibility to handle multiple time zones and cross-functional needs
Fluency in business English is essential; additional language skills are highly valued
