Summary



You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, inclusive and customer-focused recruitment, compliance and onboarding service to hiring managers, supporting from vacancy approval to candidate attraction, engagement and selection, to appointment; alongside creating and maintaining a positive candidate experience, developing future talent pools for both internal and external candidates.

You will develop and implement effective attraction, recruitment and compliance strategies to secure the right people for the right roles, working closely with directorates and stakeholders both internal and external to align attraction and compliance strategies with workforce plans.

You will lead talent attraction strategies for 'hard-to-fill' recruitment campaigns, as well as ensuring that the Trust remains compliant through pre-employment checks and overseeing a comprehensive and positive onboarding programme.

Responsibilities



Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and partner Trusts. Utilize communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders. Support lead generation initiatives to attract top talent. Implement HRIS solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures. Provide insights on workforce trends and staffing needs within the NHS. Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.

Qualifications

Proven experience in human resources or recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector. Strong knowledge of ATS platforms such as Workday or Taleo. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Familiarity with HRIS systems and their application in recruitment processes. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory. Understanding of lead generation strategies is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 22.99 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
