Join our Global Finance team as an Interim Senior Tax Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract, covering maternity leave for the current Senior Tax Manager.
Our ideal Interim Senior Tax Manager
CTA qualified with 5 years post-qualified experience from a Big 4 background
Strong in-house tax experience, including employment, corporate tax, and Transfer Pricing
Indirect tax and payroll experience would be advantageous
Will be available to start the 12-month contract from July / August 2025 and be able to commit to the duration of the contract
The key responsibilities for the Interim Senior Tax Manager are to
Ensure global tax compliance and advisory matters across the Group
Assist in strategic and transaction tax planning with the Head of Tax
Oversee monthly payroll in multiple territories (Including UK, Thailand and Germany) and manage a team of two payroll and indirect tax professionals
Ensure Group's compliance with global tax and statutory filing obligations
Prepare tax figures for group/statutory/management accounts
Maintain transfer pricing strategy and documentation
Administer tax affairs for a newly structured PE-backed organization
Manage relationships with global tax authorities and external advisers
Collaborate on indirect tax matters and transfer pricing strategy
Handle Extended Producer Responsibility and UK Plastics Tax compliance
Provide technical support on employment tax matters
