What you'll be doing





As Senior Tax Manager, you'll work with the Tax Director who will provide support for your development towards tax partner. You'll benefit from hands-on mentorship and the opportunity to step up -- progressing from Senior Tax Manager to Tax Director.

You'll be joining a highly regarded tax team with a strong track record of developing high achievers.

This is a role that combines personal and corporate tax knowledge to provide a holistic tax service for a diverse client base. You'll lead on complex projects, manage and develop your team, and help shape the strategic direction of the tax function.

Reviewing and completing complex personal tax returns Managing P11Ds and advising clients on a range of tax matters Leading and mentoring junior staff, reviewing their work and supporting their development Owning client relationships, attending meetings and offering strategic advice Working on succession planning, corporate restructuring, and advisory projects Dealing with HMRC tax enquiries Contributing to monthly management meetings and driving continuous improvement


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise





CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong post-qualification experience Proven experience managing a private client portfolio in practice Strong personal tax knowledge and a solid understanding of CT and IHT Strategic advisory experience (IHT, CGT, succession planning, etc.) Experience advising OMBs and high-net-worth individuals Leadership experience with a track record of developing and supporting a team A client-focused approach and excellent communication skills
