Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced SeniorTeam Leader/Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage Team at the Wild West Diner
The right candidate will be highly motivated, hardworking with a passion for food, beverage and fantastic customer Service.
Responsibilities:
Support the Manager in the smooth running of the operation Be involved in recruiting, building and training a team Work alongside the team to create a fantastic guest experience Support the manager with ordering & stock management Open and close the business Drive high standards across the business Be responsible for health & safety and food safety alongside the manager
You will have:
Previous experience as a Team leader/supervisor in a similar environment Proven ability to lead and inspire a team Eager to learn and develop your team Excellent attention to detail Ability to multi-task and remain focused Professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: From 12.75 per hour
Experience:
Bartending: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Personal Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
