As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of both the kitchen and shop front. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

Assist in food preparation and ensure all orders are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and shop adhering to food safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing friendly service and upselling menu items to enhance their experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency during peak hours. Take card payments and handling cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments. Assisting in the kitchen by helping with various tasks as needed, including restocking, baking & decorating.

Skills

Culinary skills with a passion for food preparation and presentation. Strong upselling abilities to promote menu items effectively. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Previous experience in a food environment is advantageous but not essential. A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help colleagues when needed.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
