FT Basic - 27,500 + UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS (OTE 40k+)

You will be setting appointments for our field-based Property Consultants.

All leads provided, no lead generation involved.

We will pay you commission for every appointment that signs.

THE ROLE:

B2B appointment setting for our commercial business rates reduction specialist service.

: Highly motivated, consistent, and target driven.

LOCATION:

Office based in Denton. No hybrid or WFH roles available.

OFFICE HOURS:

Monday to Thursday, 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM, Friday 8.45 to 3.55pm.

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED:



Day 1 - Company Induction & Introduction to the business + Introduction To Basic Rating

Day 2 - Call Listening, Review of Introduction To Basic Rates Training - Presentation/Webinar, Systems Training

Day 3 - Call Listening, Script Training & Roleplays, Making Calls

Day 4 - Test Calls, Review of Calls (In-line with scripting)

Day 5 - Begin basic calls & earning commission!

Day 6 - Ongoing training and development

EXPECTATIONS:



MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS B2B TELESALES EXPERIENCE to be considered for this senior sales position.

FULL TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

FOUR (part-time considered for exceptional candidates).
