Senior Therapist / Front of House

Level Up Wellness & Recovery Centre

Due to high demand, Level Up Wellness & Recovery Centre is looking for an experienced and confident Senior Therapist to join our growing team on a part-time, self-employed basis.

This role is ideal for a qualified therapist who enjoys working with people, delivering exceptional client experiences, and supporting the smooth running of a premium wellness space.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapies while also supporting front-of-house operations. You will be the face of Level Up -- welcoming clients, assisting with bookings, and ensuring every client leaves feeling cared for and keen to return.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients with a warm, professional approach Manage reception duties including bookings, payments, and client queries Respond to email and social media enquiries Support with social media posting and promotion Actively promote therapies, memberships, and retail products Support clients with set-up and use of cutting-edge technology therapies (full training provided) Deliver massage and lymphatic drainage treatments following step-by-step protocols Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the centre at all times Follow daily handover lists and leave clear notes at the end of each shift Maintain excellent communication with team members Build and maintain professional relationships with staff at Bayside Fitness Centre Manage stock levels and report items that need ordering (PPE, drinks, retail, etc.) Handle client concerns professionally, ensuring a positive outcome Maintain strict client confidentiality Stay up to date with all required training Present a smart and professional appearance (uniform provided)

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 qualified in massage therapies

Qualified in Lymphatic Drainage Massage Strong communication and customer service skills Confident, organised, and professional Ability to manage time effectively and work independently Comfortable with sales and client engagement Weekend availability

Hours

Part-time

Sundays Minimum of 2 Saturdays per month

Pay & Benefits
