Position Available - Senior Garden Buildings Installer

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Garden Building installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in working outside all year round, installing Log Cabins, Sheds & Summerhouses or similar products. Applicants will be expected to have strong practical skills and the ability to use their initiative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is eager to contribute to a dynamic, family-based company.

The role will start based in Dereham however progress to be permanently located at our display site in Blofield, Norwich.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Installing a variety of garden buildings for Domestic & Commercial customers.

- Working efficiently to complete installations within expected timeframes to a high standard.

- Taking lead in a 2-person team.

- Following and taking ownership of a diarised workload.

- Display Site and yard Maintenance throughout the year.

- Carry out site visits and surveys for potential or existing clients.

- Communicate with clients and the team clearly.

- Conduct adjustments as part of our after-care service.

- Maintain the company Van and ensure all equipment remains in good condition.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following personal skills:

Hard working and self motivated Desire to provide a good service Tidy and organised Good with customers and friendly Full Driving Licence Ideally the fitter will have their own tools and van Driving Licence is essential for this role.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years' experience as an installer or similar manual trade.

- Experience fitting garden rooms is desirable but not essential.

- Must demonstrate reliability and professionalism.

- Full time employment, 7.30am - 4pm Weekdays. Overtime may be required depending on project requirements.

- Salary based on previous experience.
