We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Digital Marketing to join our Marketing team. This role is located in London, Hybrid.

In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Consults with internal business groups to provide digital content strategy, digital analytics, or digital user experience and platform development services or technical support.
  • Responsible for marketing deliverables pertaining to the digital marketing focus with which the role is aligned.
  • Coordinates with management to develop the overall digital marketing strategy for the organization from the perspective of the assigned digital marketing focus (i.e., Digital Content Strategy, Digital Analytics and Insights, or Digital User Experience and Platform Development).
  • Responsible for sustaining digital brand awareness for the organization\'s suite of products, services, platforms, and/or social media channels, and for the continuous adaptation of the function to keep abreast of digital marketing trends, developments and new technologies and channels.
  • May schedule content updates,, fields highly complex requests for digital content updates, analytics, and/or platform updates to improve user experience.
  • May manage the content management system, including large content updates, posting high profile, sometimes confidential postings, earnings updates, and hiring announcements for new, high-level executives, or collaborate with senior business managers to produce social media channel campaigns using extensive knowledge of best practices.
  • Provides comprehensive senior-level technical consulting on the execution of all phases of the digital content posting, analytics and insights, or user experience and platforms implementation process to IT management and senior marketing and business staffs.
  • May evaluate compliance with the organization\'s content and technology standards.Works with internal business groups on implementation opportunities, challenges, and requirements of various applications and platforms, performance metrics, or content strategies.
  • May track and analyze internal and competitor digital information, provide recommendations, and develop reporting to provide insights, address, and resolve business issues for sites and channels used by specific business groups.
  • Uses tracked data to help business groups, the branding team, and agency partners understand optimization opportunities and client needs, to compare their performance against competitors (e.g., LinkedIn traction, Twitter followership, search engine activity), and to develop an overall competitor benchmark for the organization. Guides and consults on the use of emerging technologies and associated services to identify users and market relevant content toward them, and on content distribution and user experience management strategies. May be responsible for receiving leads that come into the BNY Mellon sites and channels and assessing whether they can be considered marketing qualified. Escalates marketing qualified leads to the appropriate lines of business and tracks whether they convert to relationships and/or revenue. Proposes new opportunities for corporate implementation and integration strategies of new technologies. Advises leadership on upcoming digital marketing issues and trends in content development, social reputation tracking, digital analytics, or user experience best practices,, anticipates issues, leads improvement initiatives and influences the development of nuanced solutions. Advocates for innovative, creative digital and technology solutions. May advise on improvements and complete tasks related to posting on corporate branded channels, intranets, and websites, including regular maintenance, refreshes, and updating BNYMellon.com.No direct reports, provides guidance to less experienced staff. Leads projects to include assigning work and monitoring quality and completion.Develops, monitors, and negotiates budgets Manages financial resources (e.g., budgets, expenses, etc.).Modified based upon local regulations/requirements.To be successful in this role, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking the following:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • Relevant years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience with software development, HTML development, and/or coding preferred,experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus..
