We're excited to be recruiting a talented

Senior Videographer & Photographer

to join our creative team at our beautiful Boucher Road offices.

In this hands-on role, you'll lead the creation of high-quality video and photography that brings our brand to life and supports our marketing campaigns. You'll play a key role in shaping our visual storytelling across digital, in-store, and online channel, capturing everything from product launches to real customer bathroom transformations.

We're looking for someone with a strong visual eye, excellent technical skills, and a passion for storytelling through moving image and photography. This role is ideal for someone who loves combining creativity with commercial impact , not just making beautiful videos, but creating content that works hard for the brand.
You'll be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple shoots and edits, and confident collaborating with the wider marketing and creative teams to deliver engaging, on-brand content.

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, including product showcases, promotional campaigns, and customer bathroom transformations Capture and manage lifestyle and product photography both on-site and in showroom environments Edit video and photography to a consistently high standard, ensuring a strong and cohesive brand look Collaborate with the wider team on creative briefs to determine visual direction and content requirements Support marketing campaigns with visual content for social media, website, digital ads, and in-store displays Create supporting design assets where required (e.g. social graphics, basic layouts, POS visuals) Maintain and develop brand consistency across all visual content Organise and manage shoot schedules, equipment, and assets efficiently

A bit about you.....

Minimum

3 years' experience

in a videography and/or photography role Strong experience shooting and editing video and photography in a commercial or brand-led environment Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

, particularly

Premiere Pro and Photoshop

(After Effects an advantage) Confident working with lighting, composition, and camera equipment A creative storyteller with strong attention to detail Well-organised, with excellent time management and communication skills Comfortable working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and responding positively to feedback Proven experience creating video and photography content for a business or brand, with a clear understanding of how visuals drive sales, engagement, and brand awareness. This is not a role for those focused solely on social media reels, short films, or purely cinematic projects , we're looking for someone who thrives in a commercial environment and can deliver content that meets business objectives.
