We're a Leicester-based manufacturer with a growing global reach. If you're ready to be part of our journey, we'd love to hear from you. There's plenty of room to grow and no shortage of support around you.

Digital PR & link building:
Develop stories, data pieces, product angles, and expert commentary; build media lists; pitch to publishers; manage outreach; secure high authority, relevant links at scale.
On-page optimisation:

Technical SEO support:
Assist with crawls, log file insights, Core Web Vitals, indexation, redirects, canonicals, and site hygiene in partnership with dev/marketing teams.
SERP growth for revenue:
Prioritise high intent keywords (e.g., bed sizes, wood types, storage features), create content for comparison/consideration stages, and expand long tail coverage.
Content calendar & briefs:
Maintain an always on editorial calendar; craft briefs for designers/writers; QA content for accuracy, tone, and SEO best practice.
Performance analysis:
Track rankings, traffic, assisted revenue, and link metrics; report weekly/monthly with clear insights and next actions.
Competitor & market intelligence:
Monitor competitor pages, pricing/promotions, and content gaps; recommend test and learn initiatives.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Paid Media, Email/CRM, Trading, and Product to align campaigns (payday, seasonal sales, Black Friday, etc.) and maximise cross channel impact.

Comfortable with keyword research, content mapping, and internal linking strategies.
Familiar with technical SEO fundamentals (crawling, indexation, CWV) and how to brief dev/UX.
Strong analytical skills; confident in turning data into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project ownership.
