THE ROLE



As a Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Executive in the Digital Marketing department at PrettyLittleThing you will be expected to help drive our Optimisation strategy forwards.




The position would suit an individual with 1-2+ years in a Search Engine Optimisation role (agency or client side), who is looking for an opportunity further develop their career by joining a fast paced and growing business.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING



Grow Organic visibility, traffic & revenue in line with forecasts & business objectives by working with SEO Snr. Exec(s) / SEO Manager(s) and implementing top-line SEO strategy. Perform regular, in-depth keyword research in-line with business objectives and seasonality to identify new areas for growth. Identify content opportunities based on keyword research/analysis and assisting with production to target these areas. Working on production of elements of the Organic Search strategy and reporting back into Snr. Execs and Managers. Conduct both on-site and off-site analysis on PLT to identify issues and areas of improvement. Analyse competitors & the market to identify opportunities for outreach/link-building/categories/blog content. Carry out methodical analysis of key competitors the market to identify on-site and off-site opportunities for growth. Gather data, generate reports to carry out performance analysis. Producing daily and weekly reports to share with the team and the wider business and using this to inform actions. Working closely with other teams in the business (Buying/Merchandising/eCommerce) to ensure we stay up-to-date with trends and react quickly. Keeping up to date with new SEO developments.

You're engaged in all meetings/calls; paying close attention, asking relevant questions and taking notes. You build relationships with different teams around the business i.e. Digital, Marketing, Buying, eCommerce.
