We're now looking for a confident and

skilled SEO Executive

to join our team, to help level up our marketing as we advance through a period of high-growth.

The Role



You'll be part of our tight-knit marketing team, focusing on monitoring and strengthening our website SEO and GEO, plus assisting with expanding our PPC and paid social marketing efforts.

Potential tasks include:

Technical SEO & Website Optimisation



Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify, analyse and fix issues related to crawlability, indexing, site structure and page speed Enhance internal linking and hierarchy for optimal user experience, conversion and search engine performance. Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and overall site performance. Work with WordPress developer to optimise tracking, desktop and mobile site functionality and SEO/GEO-visibility.

On-Page & Content SEO



Conduct in-depth keyword research to support content plan and optimise for target keywords and entities. Support the development & upload of high-quality, compliant content, in order to boost quality traffic and CRO Regularly audit existing content and so we can fix outdated information, broken links and underperforming pages. Focus on Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) tactics to ensure visibility within AI-powered search results.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building



Plan and execute ethical and effective link-building strategies to boost domain authority and improve search rankings. Identify and pursue high-quality backlink opportunities through outreach and relationship-building. Monitor and clean up toxic backlinks using the Google Disavow Tool as needed.

SEO Analysis & Reporting



Track, analyse, and report on organic search performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other SEO tools. Create detailed weekly and monthly performance reports covering rankings, traffic, and SEO impact. Perform competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Ads and sponsored social



Assist with planning, management and optimisation of Google and Meta ads campaigns. Collaborate with social and content to create engaging, conversion-focused landing pages and copy.

About You



You'll fit right in if you:

Have

2+ years

proven experience improving SEO and website traction (education specific experience helpful but not required) Enjoy diving into website development, HTML, website server management Have experience in PPC, Google Ads and paid social setup and monitoring Are competitive, proactive, love making data-driven decisions and then seeing results you can measure Thrive in a
