About the Role
We're looking for an SEO Executive to join our growing team at Brick Digital, a search marketing agency that helps ambitious brands punch above their weight through SEO and AI Search.
You'll support our Senior SEO Executives in delivering exceptional search strategies for clients across a wide range of industries, implementing on-site and off-site SEO, analysing performance, and contributing to real client growth.
Whether you're taking the next step in your SEO career or starting out with some hands-on experience, you'll be supported through structured mentoring, AI-powered tools, and real-world SEO training that will help you grow fast in a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
Whether you're early in your SEO career or already have practical experience, we'll tailor your onboarding and responsibilities to your current skill level.
What You'll Do
You'll work across all key areas of SEO, from content and technical optimisation to AI Search visibility. Depending on your experience, you'll either take ownership of these tasks or receive hands-on training to build confidence in them:
? Support Senior SEO Executives in delivering SEO and AI Search strategies for a range of clients.
? Implement on-site optimisations including metadata, headings, and internal linking.
? Conduct keyword and competitor research to uncover growth opportunities.
? Create and refine SEO content briefs using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
? Analyse website and AI Search performance data to highlight insights and trends.
? Assist in link building and outreach to improve site authority.
? Help compile client reports and contribute ideas to improve campaign performance.
? Collaborate with the wider team to deliver high-quality, results-driven SEO work.
Who We're Looking For
Essential skills & mindset:
A foundational understanding of SEO principles and practices.
Strong written English and attention to detail.
Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing.
Curiosity about AI Search and how SEO is evolving.
Organised, proactive, and motivated to learn and develop new skills.
Desirable experience:
1-3 years of hands-on experience in SEO or digital marketing (agency or in-house).
Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
Experience using CMS platforms (WordPress or Shopify).
Understanding of link-building strategies and basic experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude).
