The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven SEO Lead to join our Norwich city centre office. You'll support the day-to-day delivery of SEO campaigns across a range of clients, helping to boost organic traffic, improve visibility, and track performance.
This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years' experience in SEO who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis
Optimise website content, metadata, headings, and internal linking structures
Monitor technical SEO issues, identify fixes, and work with developers when needed
Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles for local SEO clients
Analyse and report on performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
Keep up with industry updates and best practices to improve client results
What We're Looking For
Essential:
1-2 years' experience in an SEO role, ideally agency-side
Knowledge of on-page, technical, and local SEO
Proficient with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Rank Math etc.)
Comfortable using WordPress to update content and metadata
Good written English and ability to write for web with clarity and structure
Analytical mindset and keen attention to detail
Desirable:
Experience using Elementor
Familiarity with local SEO strategies and Google Business Profile optimisation
Awareness of how AI tools can support SEO content and analysis
Basic HTML/CSS understanding
