Recraft is an AI design platform for creating vector illustrations, 3D graphics, icons, and more -- fast, consistent, and scalable. We're looking for a data-driven SEO Manager who is equally comfortable building automated landing page pipelines and diving deep into performance analytics. You'll join a team that combines engineering, design, and growth expertise to scale one of the most innovative AI design tools on the market.

Key Responsibilities



Build and scale high-performing landing pages

using Webflow and Headless CMS -- from template refinement to visual tuning.

Automate content pipelines

with Python scripts. Generate and optimize

thousands of SEO-focused page descriptions

, using LLMs to ensure quality, diversity, and keyword alignment.

Own SEO analytics

: monitor traffic trends, page performance, conversion funnels, and subscription behavior. Evaluate and implement the most effective

content promotion strategies for LLM visibility

and indexing. Collaborate closely with product designers and marketing to ensure creative consistency and message clarity across assets. Work hands-on with tools like Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Amplitude, ClickHouse, and Grafana to extract insights and inform action.

Requirements



3+ years of

hands-on experience in SEO

, ideally in product-led or AI-driven companies. Strong

analytical background

-- experience in

marketing or product analytics

is a must. Proven ability to automate workflows using

Python

. Practical experience working with

landing page generators

, especially

Webflow

and related tools. Familiarity with

LLM integration via API

(OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.). Comfort with

SEO tools

like

Ahrefs

,

SimilarWeb

, and analytics platforms like

Amplitude

Grafana

, and

ClickHouse

. A mindset that balances

creativity with analytical rigor
