Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta platforms with a strong ecommerce focus.
Analyse performance data and deliver clear insights and recommendations in client-facing reports.
Collaborate closely with SEO, design, and development teams to ensure aligned marketing strategies.
Create compelling ad copy and visuals that drive engagement and sales.
Conduct regular testing and iterate campaigns to improve ROAS and acquisition costs.
Essential Experience:
2-3 years' hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, primarily across Meta platforms.
Proven success in ecommerce or DTC performance marketing environments.
Strong understanding of paid social analytics and tracking tools.
Ability to write data-driven, high-converting ad creative tailored for ecommerce.
Confident communicator with experience presenting results and strategies to clients or stakeholders.
Salary: 30,000 - 36,000
