Please note this role is based 5 days in our London office. The salary is \xc2\xa347,000.


  • SEO performance \xe2\x80\x93 owning, driving and optimising performance.
  • Delivering the SEO strategy- Work with the SEO Manager to develop the sites SEO roadmap and strategy
  • Carry out keyword research and manage site technical issues to support SEO roadmap.
  • Team management \xe2\x80\x93 line management of site SEO team including: probationary reviews, 1:1s, ER and hiring involvement, performance management, engagement with Frasers Group annual performance cycles
  • Reporting and KPIs \xe2\x80\x93 monitor and improve the sites KPIs and revenue targets
  • Insight and opportunity analysis \xe2\x80\x93 highlight opportunities and developments across the channel
  • PR Campaigns - work with the SEO Manager to delivery SEO link building campaigns
  • Best practice \xe2\x80\x93 stay abreast of and contribute to wider industry developments.
  • Share initiatives, best practices and results.
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in an SEO-focused role.Ability to lead and engage with direct reports
  • Strong focus on the technical aspects of SEO.
  • Working knowledge of link building using various techniques.
  • Experience owning SEO responsibilities at a site that derives its revenue through consumer traffic
  • Experience with keyword research and strategy, daily optimization, test plan construction, and in-depth analysis
  • Experienced in creating and presenting campaign reports including ROI and conversion rates
  • Strong understanding of web usability and site design. A quantitative approach to traffic measurement, and experience with collecting and interpreting site visitor statistics
  • Research skills to identify, build, and prioritise essential keyword sets
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to self-manage and keep track of multiple projects
