Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of search engine optimisation strategies and techniques, with a focus on improving website visibility and driving organic traffic. You will work closely with our content and marketing teams to enhance our online presence through effective SEO practices.

Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimisation and development. Optimise website content, including metadata, headings, and images, to improve search engine rankings. Monitor and analyse website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Implement technical SEO best practices, including site structure, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript enhancements. Manage and optimise content management systems (CMS) to ensure seamless user experience. Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority. Collaborate with the social media management team to ensure cohesive online branding and messaging. Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to maintain competitive advantage in SEO practices.

Experience

Proven experience in SEO with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager for performance tracking and reporting. Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems is essential. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and their impact on SEO is highly desirable. Experience in managing metadata for various types of content across platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on findings. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
