The Role


Loose Connections is seeking to hire a SEO and Website Optimisation Specialist with an in depth understanding of search engine optimisation across all levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing SEO strategies, creating and optimising content, and working with and building websites that are both visually striking and high performing. The person will collaborate with our creative and technical teams to deliver outstanding digital experiences, combining strong design skills with technical expertise.

In 2024 the company became part of the CS Group which is a well-established provider of managed IT and print services headquartered in Ringwood, Hampshire. Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies and content plans Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and on-page optimisation Monitor and report on performance using Google Analytics and other tools Design and build responsive websites using WordPress and Elementor Create visually engaging designs using Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite Write clean, efficient code using PHP, CSS and JavaScript Ensure websites are optimised for speed, accessibility and SEO Collaborate with content creators and developers to deliver cohesive campaigns Communicate clearly with clients and team members, providing updates and insights Take on and offer constructive feedback as part of a collaborative and supportive team culture

Essential Skills & Experience



Proven experience in SEO strategy, implementation and reporting gained over a minimum of 3 years. Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimisation and analytics Excellent design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Creative Suite Advanced experience with WordPress and Elementor page builder Solid front-end development skills including PHP, CSS and JavaScript Ability to create responsive, user-friendly designs across devices Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for digital marketing and design

Desirable Attributes



Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and User Experience (UX) principles and performance optimisation Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines A desire to grow with the company and contribute to its success

Salary and Benefits



Salary: 30k to 38k (depending on experience). Core Hours Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. On-site parking. 20 days holidays + Bank holidays. Holiday allowance rising with length of service. Company Pension scheme. Company- wide Bonus Schemes. Use of company vehicle where appropriate Staff chill space with dart board, sofa, TV, games & refrigerator. Staff social events.

Working Arrangements


This is an office-based role in Ringwood. Flexible or hybrid working may be considered following a successful six-month probation period.
