Responsibilities

Undertake the development, management and maintenance of websites using WordPress, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience Conduct SEO audits across 3-4 WordPress sites using Screaming Frog, Yoast, GA4 etc. Optimise websites, metadata, CTAs, content structure, and site speed Create high-converting landing pages aligned with marketing campaigns Ensure SEO consistency across social media channels in collaboration with Designers, Content, and AI interns Track performance: rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, and social metrics using Planner & CRM Deliver weekly Planner updates and project KPIs Utilise Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor website traffic and performance, providing insights for improvement. Assist in the implementation of tracking codes using Google Tag Manager for effective campaign measurement. Contribute to the design and coding of web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as needed.

Who You Are

UK-based (or eligible to work in the UK), ideally London. Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, SEO, or Web Dev. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and WordPress is essential. Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is highly desirable. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager will be advantageous. Career interest in SEO, Web Development or Digital Marketing. Experience with SEMrush (or Yoast), GA4, Screaming Frog. Analytical ambition with a record of delivering measurable results Understanding of content management systems and social media platforms is preferred.
