This opportunity is a Senior Associate Serious Injury role, open to qualified Solicitors with over 6 years PQE. The team is focused on managing intricate and high-value catastrophic personal injury claims, exclusively representing clients who have endured life-altering injuries valued at a minimum of \xc2\xa31 million in damages. These cases frequently involve incidents like road traffic accidents and workplace injuries, resulting in conditions such as brain, spinal, psychiatric, and orthopaedic injuries, as well as injuries necessitating amputation. A background in handling Serious and Fatal Injuries is a prerequisite for this role.
