Your Role As a Serious Injury Solicitor, you will manage a caseload of complex claims while delivering exceptional client care.

Key responsibilities include: - Handling high-value serious injury claims end-to-end. - Conducting detailed liability investigations and evidence gathering. - Collaborating with medical experts, barristers, and rehabilitation specialists. - Providing empathetic, clear advice to clients navigating traumatic circumstances. - Litigating claims to trial. - Mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development. What You Bring - Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (3+ years PQE in serious injury/clinical negligence). - Proven track record managing catastrophic injury claims (e.g., spinal/brain injuries, amputations, fatal accidents). - Expertise in the Rehabilitation Code, Serious Injury Guide, and litigation funding. - Exceptional client rapport skills and resilience in emotionally challenging cases. - Ambition to grow within a nationally recognised team.
