Are you an experienced Solicitor or Fee Earner with a background in Serious Injury, Clinical Negligence, or Multi-Track EL/PL/RTA work?
Clarke Legal Specialists are working with a respected Manchester-based law firm that's looking to add a skilled fee earner to their expanding Serious Injury & Clinical Negligence team.
This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from home with the backing of a well-established and supportive team.
About the Role:
*You'll manage a multi-track caseload covering a mix of:
Serious Injury (EL/PL/RTA)
Clinical Negligence claims
Catastrophic injury and complex liability matters
The role is ideal for someone confident in handling high-value, multi-track claims autonomously, while collaborating closely with medical experts, counsel, and internal teams.
What My Client Are Looking For:
Experienced Solicitor or Fee Earner (ideally 3+ years managing serious injury or CN claims)
Strong technical ability and knowledge of multi-track personal injury litigation
Comfortable running files independently, including issuing proceedings
Experience with Proclaim (preferred but not essential)
Passionate about access to justice and high-quality client service
