You will be joining a Top Legal 100 Law firm based in Manchester, they have recently moved to a new refurbished office. Due to the firm and team expanding even further they are looking for multiple Serious Injury Solicitors! As they look ahead into the future they\xe2\x80\x99ve got even bigger things to come, meaning endless opportunities are available.

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

• Drafting legal documents such as Schedules of Loss, Disclosure Lists, Witness Statements, Instructions to Experts/Counsel, Cost Estimates etc.
• Attending at Court both in person and online.
• Being first point of contact for clients, their families and other third-party professionals.
• You will be provided with support and guidance through regular supervision meetings, ideal for someone looking to further build their career in catastrophic injury.
• There may be scope for you to handle your own caseload of less complex, lower value Multi-Track claims.

CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY IF:

• Qualified solicitor NQ or Experienced.
• Experienced in complex personal injury claims
• Excellent knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and protocols
• Extensive knowledge within Serious Injury.
• Experience of working in a Serious Injury / Catastrophic injury department
