Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously Monitor guests' needs throughout their dining experience and respond accordingly Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery Prepare checks and process payments in accordance with established procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations Assist in training new staff members as needed Handle guest complaints professionally and provide appropriate resolutions

Requirements

Proven experience as a Server or in a similar role within the hospitality industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
