Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards. Assist guests with menu selections, including upselling specials and promotions. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations. Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. clear tables in a efficient and timely manner

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members. A passion for providing outstanding guest services and enhancing the dining experience.
