Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take accurate food and drink orders while offering recommendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards of food safety and quality. Manage multiple tables efficiently while providing attentive service to all guests. Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to food safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organised dining and work area.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. A passion for guest services and the ability to create memorable dining experiences. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
