The Role

Position: Full-time Waiter/Waitress Location: Roath, Cardiff Hours: Full-time hours including evenings and weekends
Essential Requirements

Previous waiting experience required - you must be comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant environment Excellent communication skills and fluent English Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, professional manner Ability to work effectively as part of a small, dedicated team Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods Right to work in the UK
Desirable Qualifications (Advantageous but not essential)

Food Hygiene/Health & Safety certification First Aid qualification Personal Alcohol License Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine Previous experience in Italian or Mediterranean restaurants
