Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that our patrons have a delightful dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere within the establishment.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Take accurate food and drink orders using the appropriate order system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control. Manage time effectively to ensure all guests are attended to promptly.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food preparation and culinary techniques is advantageous. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest services. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Time management abilities to efficiently serve multiple tables simultaneously. Familiarity with food safety regulations to ensure compliance in all aspects of service. Ability to upsell menu items effectively, enhancing the overall dining experience. A positive attitude and willingness to help both guests and team members.
