Since Vittoria on the Walk was first opened by Nonno Alberto in Leith more than 50 years ago, three generations of our family have expanded the Vittoria Hospitality Group across this beautiful city and we are delighted to announce our next new opening venture.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering first class guest service and experiences and has a passion for hospitality.

However long you plan to stay with us and whatever hours you'd prefer to work, we're open to flexible working requests and offer hours and shift patterns types to suit us all.

Someone who takes responsibility and initiative and can help our guests navigate through our menus*
Someone who can understand and explain allergens associated with our dishes*
Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to guests, colleagues and senior management*
Good at building relationships with our teams and guests alike*
An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset*
Excellent time management, organisational skills and accuracy*
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail*
A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting*

Key responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests, present menus and explain daily specials and allergens.*
Take accurate food and drink orders and process accordingly.*
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring high-quality presentation.*
Make stunning cocktails and serve first class drinks.*
Attend to guests' needs, providing exceptional service throughout their experience with us.*
Prepare tables, manage cleaning and reset for incoming guests.*
Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy and stocked.*
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.*

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour
