The Details:

What exactly you will be doing...


Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, attentive dining experience Present menus, answer questions about food and beverages, and make recommendations Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure order accuracy Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction Clear tables, reset them quickly, and maintain a clean dining area Handle guest payments (cash and card) accurately and responsibly Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant each shift Support team members during busy periods and help create a positive, welcoming environment Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines Participate in restaurant events and special functions as needed

Must-haves:

Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the United Kingdom Ability to work on-site at Virgin Hotels Edinburgh for every shift. Flexibility to work different shifts, including on the weekends and holidays.
