Server- Guinness New Opening London

Location: Covent Garden, London

Opening Date: 11thDecember 2025 (pre-opening training begins 10th November 2025)

Salary: 14.80 per hour

Employment Type: Full-time positions available

What you'll do

:

Provide warm, attentive and engaging table service across our bars, dining areas, and event spaces. Welcome guests, take orders efficiently, and deliver food and drinks with professionalism and care. Share knowledge about our beers, menu and the Guinness story -- helping guests discover something new. Work collaboratively with the bar, kitchen and floor teams to ensure smooth, seamless service. Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene and hospitality throughout every shift. Be part of our pre-opening training and onboarding to learn about Guinness, our menus, and service culture before launch.

Who You Are:

A people person -- friendly, confident and passionate about delivering excellent service. Experienced in hospitality or customer service

(

ideally 1-2 years in a busy restaurant, bar, or premium venue).

Curious and enthusiastic about food, drink and the Guinness brand. Professional under pressure with great attention to detail and communication skills. A reliable team player who's proactive, positive and ready to help wherever needed. Excited to be part of something new and to grow with a globally recognised brand.
