As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience through attentive service and culinary knowledge.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted. Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and beverages to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, adhering to food safety regulations. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining quality service. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and calculating bills accurately. A genuine interest in culinary arts and knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: 12.21-14.20 per hour
