We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join the team of a renowned Italian brand in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant service, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction and a passion for food. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional manner Take accurate food and drink orders while offering recommendations and upselling menu items Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide informed recommendations Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area Assist with food preparation as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and an enjoyable dining experience for all guests Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements

Previous experience in an Italian restaurant is preferred Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy service periods Experience in guest services with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not essential A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism
