We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, assisting with food and beverage selections, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating excellent hospitality skills will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take accurate food and drink orders using basic maths skills to ensure correct billing. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with their selections. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely manner. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards to ensure a safe dining environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred but not essential. Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables effectively during busy periods. Basic culinary knowledge is advantageous, along with an understanding of food safety practices. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
