An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic and fast-paced Pharmacy Business Hub, based at Singleton Hospital.
The successful candidate may be required to provide support across other pharmacy departments, as well as the central Pharmacy Business Team, depending on service needs.
We are seeking to appoint a full-time team member (37.5 hours per week). The ideal candidate will be capable of managing and prioritising their own workload, demonstrating the ability to work independently and use their own initiative.
Applicants should possess strong numeracy skills, relevant office administration experience, and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with particular proficiency in MS Teams and Word.

The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Pharmacy team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities will include the accurate processing of documents in accordance with instructions from the line manager, as well as demonstrating initiative in the ongoing development and application of administrative systems and procedures.
When required, the post holder will be responsible for organising meetings, preparing and distributing relevant documentation, including agendas and approved minutes. They will also be expected to take and transcribe minutes in a clear and timely manner, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
