We are currently look for a Workshop Administrator to join the Lister Wilder family at our branch in Ashford, Kent. If you have experience of working in a car dealership, garage or service department and are looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you and if you have an interest in groundcare and construction machinery, even better!
Our branch in Ashford is one of the busiest branches within our group and we are now looking for a someone to support the administrative function of the workshop alongside our Workshop Coordinator and Service Manager.
It's important that you have excellent customer service skills and are comfortable in front of the customer as you would be speaking to them about their service, repair or warranty work. Systems training will be provided
The key responsibilities involve:
Service department reception duties such as answering service calls and dealing with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Administrative tasks such as timesheets, raising job cards, and ensuring the system us up to date and accurate.
Duties as delegated by the Workshop Coordinator and Service Manager.
The Ideal Candidate
A team player who can work well under pressure, is highly organised and can maintain calmness during busy periods.
A great communicator with exceptional customer service skills.
Comfortable using a range of IT systems with a willingness to learn new systems.
Strong attention to detail, able to use your own initiative and excellent problem-solving skills.
Due to location of the branch, must have own transport
