Are you an organised multitasker with a calm, customer-focused approach? We're looking for a proactive
Service and Breakdown Scheduler / Coordinator
to coordinate breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance for our home lift service teams.
In this key role, you'll ensure schedules run seamlessly, supporting both our engineers and customers every step of the way. What you'll be doing:
Schedule and assign service jobs based on engineers skills and location
Respond swiftly to urgent breakdowns
Confirm bookings and manage customer communications
Adjust schedules to handle emergencies and shifting priorities
Maintain accurate service records and close jobs compliantly
Use scheduling tools to optimise routes and boost efficiency
Coordinate with parts team to ensure engineers are fully equipped
Work closely with service and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery

What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in scheduling and customer service roles
NVQ or equivalent qualification preferred. GCSE Grade 4 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent) is desirable.
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Confident communicator with a calm, problem-solving approach
Familiarity with field service or scheduling software
Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities
