About the Role


We are seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Service & Operations Administrator to join our team at Head Office. You will play a key role in supporting the operations function and ensuring contractual obligations are met professionally, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities



Organise and store files and reports in line with company protocols Operate the MRI Concept Evolution CRM system Administer and track service contracts Prepare and distribute accurate service visit reports to clients Support scheduling of planned and reactive works Produce quotations for additional works in line with company guidelines Manage supplier purchase orders Liaise with internal teams to ensure service quality Uphold company standards in all client interactions and correspondence Assist in health and safety processes, reporting, and risk assessments

What We're Looking For



Experience in a customer service or administrative role within a technical or facilities management environment Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Familiarity with MRI Concept Evolution and e-Logbooks (preferred) Ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications



GCSEs (Grades A-C) in English and Maths Intermediate to advanced PC skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Pay: Up to 28,000.00 per year
