As a service coordinator for Electrical & Gas Care, you will be responsible for several functions in our organisation. Your main responsibility is to assist colleagues, contractors and customers with seamless business operations with the ultimate goal of providing a high level of customer service.
Some of your general duties will include:
Answering incoming calls
Managing other company correspondence including emails and other forms of contact
General spreadsheet work & and updating jobs
Scheduling engineers and other operatives to ensure their journeys are efficient, correct, and that customers are aware of their job status
Assisting colleagues when their areas are busier than usual or annual leave cover
Data entry & payment handling
General parts picking for engineers
Receive and book in warehouse deliveries
Provide accurate notes for engineers
Speaking to our engineers for updates
Liaising with service partners.
Beneficial but not essential
Any experience in the administration of a trade, particularly appliance repairs.
Good geographical knowledge of South Wales
Good IT skills
Excellent telephone manor
