Service Coordinator Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by quickly responding to customer enquiries and/or requests for onsite repairs via email or by telephone as well as promoting Mackay's services and locations. Dispatches technicians to sites in and around the UK. Keeps the customer informed and presents them with a "positive complete service experience" on every job. Keeps technicians informed of any changes to the vessel schedule or work to be performed. Works with the inventory team to make sure that the spare parts are available and set aside for each job. Responsible for invoicing, recordkeeping, and other general administrative duties. After hours/weekend call rotation.

Service Coordinator Qualifications:

Experience in service coordination or similar role is preferred but not required. Education to GCDE & A-Level preferred or relevant industry experience. Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential. Strong client service mentality. Strong written, verbal, and telephone communication skills in English is required. Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
