Job description
- Organizing the diary and booking in all works for the engineers
- creating jobs for the engineers using our job management system
- dealing with the service inbox to ensure service levels are being met.
- taking telephone calls to book in work or take payments
Must have previous admin experience and be comfortable with

Word
Excel
We are a fire and security systems installation and maintenance company, previous experience in this industry or the construction industry is essential.
