We are looking for an experienced Service Co-ordinator to take a key role in our close knit team service department to help providing a focused service to all our clients and contract delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, have the ability to adapt to a fast paced work environment and proactively work with the whole team ensuring smooth operations whilst contributing to business and its successful growth
Qualifications or Required Experience
Industry knowledge or experience of working for in a similar role.
Experience using Joblogic or similar field service software.
Fully competent in all aspects of Microsoft Office and other work related IT applications.
Effective time management and organisational skills.
Excellent telephone manner.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Managing help desk traffic, acting as the first point of contact for client and supplier enquiries via phone, email and Joblogic portal
Coordinate and assign tasks to the engineering team and sub-contractors for planned/reactive maintenance and installations
Track the progress of works ensuring system workflows are updated and completed
Monitor and manage task status, checking all reports and required documentation is completed
Work with engineers to ensure effective scheduling and optimum first fix targets are achieved through stock parts management
Raise PO's, order parts and follow up delivery status to move job through workflow
Complete and submit RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) for works required
Process subcontractor paperwork and approve subcontractor purchase invoices
Monitor, compile and upgrade quote requests
Ensure parts, asset and Refcom registers are complete and updated in accordance with regulatory requirements
To provide administration support to the Commercial Director
To provide a high level of customer service to the customer
To work collaboratively within the whole team to achieve shared objectives
Carry out additional duties when required
Remote admin/telephone cover required some evenings and weekends.
Permanent role; salary negotiable dependent on skills, experience and contracted hours; 21 days holiday plus bank holidays.
