We are a fire and security installation and maintenance company based in Dulwich, South London. Due to the company's growth, we are looking for a Service Coordinator to assist with the smooth running of the gate service department.
Duties include:
Answer new enquiry emails and calls
Ensure engineers have works booked in daily
Ensure jobs are sent down to engineers with all relevant information
Clear down jobs
Work together as a team.
Check PPMs are up to date and schedule in accordingly, taking logistics into account
Send reports to client's if requested
Use initiative to make sound, progressive decisions when necessary
The above is by no means exhaustive, you may be required to carry out other duties in line with your skill set as and when the company deem necessary
We are looking for:
Strong organisational and communication skills, including attention to detail
Must have knowledge/ experience of Microsoft Office, Excel and computerised information systems. Clik would be an advantageous but not essential, full training will be provided
Previous experience with automated gates would be advantageous but not necessary.
Right to work in the UK
Must be able to reliably commute to the office daily

This is a full-time permanent position, working hours are 08.30 - 17.00 with 30 minutes for lunch.
Salary: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year depending on experience
