motivated and organised Service Coordinator

to join our friendly team at our North London head office.

The Role

in a growing company. You'll be the key link between our customers, engineers, and suppliers -- making sure everything runs smoothly. Don't worry if you haven't done this type of role before:

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch engineers for installations, repairs, and maintenance. Be the first point of contact for customers, handling requests and updates. Create and manage service work orders on our systems. Order and track spare parts, working closely with suppliers. Support engineers with job details, tools, and materials. Keep calendars updated (installations, callouts, deliveries, etc.). Prepare simple reports for clients and management. Take part in weekend on-call rota (every other weekend).

What We're Looking For

No prior experience required

or grow into a new role. Strong organisational skills and a good communicator. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Positive, proactive, and eager to learn. Able to manage priorities in a busy environment.
