Job Overview

This is a part-time on-site role for a Service Co-Ordinator at Pure Engineering Group in Newry. The Service Co-Ordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Service & Maintenance Department, including commercial preventative maintenance and servicing. The Service Co-Ordinator will work closely with clients to ensure their mechanical systems are optimized for maximum life cycle. The Service Co-Ordinator will also be responsible for the daily diary management of a small group of engineers, ensuring they have work schedules each day.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming service/maintenance requests and ensure timely responses. Coordinate schedules for service/maintenance engineers. Maintain accurate records of service activities and client interactions. Utilise Microsoft Office and internal systems for documentation and communication. Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including clerical duties and typing correspondence.

Qualifications

Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry accuracy. Demonstrated clerical experience in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
