to join our team on part time basis (2.5 days per week). This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations between clients, engineers, and internal teams. You will be responsible for managing job bookings, tracking progress, and supporting the invoicing process.
This is a key role in ensuring excellent service delivery and smooth operation of our maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication.
Schedule and book jobs for AC engineers.
Upload confirmed jobs into the job tracking software.
Assign jobs to engineers and monitor progress.
Review completed job sheets, identify remedial actions, and submit to the Contracts Manager or Project Coordinator for pricing.
File job sheets for invoicing and issue them to clients promptly.
Skills & Experience Required
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in job tracking or scheduling software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience in a service coordination or administrative role is desirable.
