Role summary:
Provide general administrative support for customers and field engineers. Focusing on the coordination of breakdown calls, planned maintenance activities, data base management, client reporting and general officeduties with the prime objective of enhancing the customer experience through the provision of World Class service.
Skills/Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role you will need to:
Act as the main point of contact for initial service inquires including breakdown calls, follow up requests and escalations for the agreed area
Manage the allocation of breakdown calls with the field engineers ensuring the efficient use of resources against the target response times
Coordinate the completion of the monthly planned maintenance activity in conjunction with the field team leader
Escalate any site issues as they arise, including spare part requirements and shutdown lifts
Maintain the service data base system including adding customer sites, updating breakdown and maintenance records and preparing monthly reports
Processing of all LED engineer timesheets and the preparation of overtime submissions for pay role on a monthly basi
